Customized Care Plans
Upon admission, residents receive an individualized care plan developed by our interdisciplinary team in consultation with their attending physician. Designated family members or legal representatives are invited to care meetings to offer insight to each resident’s personal, medical, social and dietary needs.
Skilled Nursing Care
We have nursing staff on-site around the clock to monitor and treat residents’ routine and complex medical needs. Clinical services available typically include:
- Wound care
- IV therapy, including antibiotics
- Injections
- Tracheostomy care
- Pain Management
- Palliative care
- Respiratory therapy
- Pharmacy on-call

Rehabilitation Therapy
Rehabilitative care is available six or seven days a week by Rehab America. Whether someone is struggling with a recurring medical condition or recovering from surgery, injury or a hospital stay, our therapists’ focus is to help restore functioning and independence. Services may include:
- Physical therapy
- Occupational therapy
- Speech therapy
- Outpatient therapy
- Computer-assisted, therapy enhancement through our ARTS program
Senior Living
