The staff always listens to my concerns and requests, and does their best to meet them. The staff is caring, concerned about the resident's well being, and friendly. I appreciate all communication to keep me informed and updated concerning the resident, and their willingness to answer my questions concerning the resident's care. I appreciate how they sit and feed my mother and encourage her to eat. She loves when they take time to talk with her and be jovial.

Communicate with caregiver - family member - Answer family member questions - try to accommodate patient needs or comforts - friendly nurses and CNAs, and other staff. It really helps to be able to ask questions and get answers, to have kind, caring, friendly staff. It puts me at ease as I try to make sure my family member who is a resident gets the best care possible.
