Our continuum of care and team-based approach makes it possible to provide each patient with a comprehensive care experience. Our facility offers options for patients in need of rehabilitation after an injury, or a place to live for people who need more long-term care. We focus on helping patients live their best life possible.
Social Services
A director of social services is on staff to offer residents emotional support and assistance with personal and financial matters. Our director can assist residents with admission paperwork, applying for Medicaid, social adjustment, discharge planning and more.

Meet the Administrator
Keith McCord has been a LTC administrator for 20 plus years. He has served the Knoxville area since January 2009. As a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, he feels at home here in East Tennessee. Keith’s true place in life is serving his community and helping people to live their highest quality of life possible. He’s the happiest when spending time with his son. He also enjoys food, spending time on or around water, and traveling.
