Social Services
A director of social services is on staff to offer residents emotional support and assistance with personal and financial matters. Our director can assist residents with admission paperwork, applying for Medicaid, social adjustment, discharge planning and more.

Meet the Administrator
Zabian Sanders has served as the administrator of AHC Forest Cove for 2 years. He has been licensed as an administrator for 5 years and has a passion for senior care. He grew up in Memphis, TN and moved to Dyersburg, TN after graduating college from Williams Baptist University. He is married to a lovely nurse and has 2 kids. He enjoys coaching sports for the youth in Newbern, TN, and spending time with his family.
