A director of social services is on staff to offer residents emotional support and assistance with personal and financial matters. Our director can assist residents with admission paperwork, applying for Medicaid, social adjustment, discharge planning and more.

Meet the Administrator
Dr. Edward Hearns has been a licensed nursing home administrator for over 7 years. He has served as a pastor for 10 years in the Church of God in Christ. Dr. Hearns is an accomplished author of six insightful books. With a deep commitment to his faith and community, Dr. Hearns is president and Co-founder of Adullam Bible College, where he has dedicated his life to spiritual leadership and personal development. He resides in Clarksville, where he enjoys a fulfilling family life with his loving wife and their son.
