I would like to thank each and everyone of the staff aides and office personnel they have always treated my family members very well. I have visited different times and days and never felt that my family members were neglected, they were very kind always thanks again everyone.

I can never get ahold of people I need to it seems. I have tried (9 times) (a day and a half) to reach my loved one and can't get the phone answered. I''m very upset by this!

Make people feel welcome and special. Use seasonal decorations which add a homey touch. All therapy is top notch.

Accounting Senior staff/really good. CNA's 50/50 are good. Some not so much Hard to find quality people/I know this as some personal have stated/you have to have the heart to do this type of work.

The staff and office personnel have been very nice and kind and helpful with me. I really appreciate the care and cleanliness of the sister's room. I have visited at various times and never found her neglected Thank you to everyone who has made this experience Very easy to deal with. I can't complain about her care she seems to be satisfied and comfortable during her stay. Thanks again
