Social Services
A director of social services is on staff to offer residents emotional support and assistance with personal and financial matters. Our director can assist residents with admission paperwork, applying for Medicaid, social adjustment, discharge planning and more.

Meet the Administrator
Renita Jeannette Nance, Administrator at AHC Northbrooke, brings 17 years of experience in long-term care. From Dyersburg, Tennessee, and a Bethel University graduate, Renita is also a licensed and ordained Minister. Renita is passionate about senior care and building strong relationships. She finds joy spending time with her two daughters and six grandchildren. Renita’s hobbies include reading the Bible and shopping.
