A director of social services is on staff to offer residents emotional support and assistance with personal and financial matters. Our director can assist residents with admission paperwork, applying for Medicaid, social adjustment, discharge planning and more.

Meet the Administrator
Rachel Asermily, LNHA, has dedicated over five years to her role as Administrator at AHC Mt. Juliet. Hailing from Update New York, she started her healthcare journey adjucating Medicare claims post her pre-law degree. Rachael pursued a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Utica College and completed her Administrator in Training certification through Kindred Healthcare. Rachael actively engages in community college, serving as a mentor for the TN Promise Program and coaching girl’s youth soccer. A servant leader, Rachael prioritizes delivering quality care and fostering positive interactions within her building.
