Social Services
A director of social services is on staff to offer residents emotional support and assistance with personal and financial matters. Our director can assist residents with admission paperwork, applying for Medicaid, social adjustment, discharge planning and more.

Meet the Administrator
With four years of experience at American Health Communities and a 34-year tenure as an Administrator, Charla Scott entered healthcare to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives, adding quality and care. Charla has a bachelor’s degree in social work, a master’s degree in healthcare administration, and a law degree, her educational background complements her passion for healthcare. Charla has four children and six grandchildren and is a devoted pet lover with five fur babies. She cherishes time by the water, traveling, and creating memories with her family.
