I/we were pleased with the care and service overall, but the only exception was we had to initate questions on our family member's progress. Wish physical therapy had commmunicated more his actual status- could/ could not do abilities

Assistance with Medicare application was very professional and positive. AHC provided expert assistance with the red-tape of Medicare and never gave up on the quest. My family is forever grateful for the folks at AHC in providing a high-quality home-like environment for our loved one.

If we request something for our love one, and if that request has not been done - such as making sure our loved one is changed regularly + not wet - so once we address it a second time and it is passed on to all CNA's the issue is resolved.

Management tries their best, but it seems the facility is very understaffed. Sounds like (since I can't visit) half of the aides and nurses are very good, other half would rather not be there.

She receives her medications as prescribed. Nurses make the doctor aware of any of mom's issues and follow through. They also make me aware of any illnesses, medications and tests done and results.

Therapy/rehab dept - Top notch. Activities provided - top notch (activities many times are cancelled due to activities director/leader being pulled to perform other jobs) ie (CNA, dining help, etc.) AHC is short staffed.
